Yeah. I just saw that posted somewhere as well. I am still open to the idea though. If there are a couple of other people that wouldn’t mind helping maintain it with me (making sure we keep it supplied and picking up tents to prevent losing them on resets). I guess I was just looking for some assistance with that aspect. I don’t have a problem getting one started after the wipe and then posting details.

This will place a higher value on silencers too! If it is going to take multiple body shots with silent axes, seems to me that you are better off plunking away with silenced weapons (especially pistols) from a distance.

I appreciate the investigation. I know most everyone was training/patrolling. It definitely wasn’t a frightened thing though. I was moving down the hallway and heard the player on the steps behind me. I turned, speaking to them and saw him moving down on the steps. I then waved and began speaking again. He then leaned to the right (attempting to use the stairs as partial cover) and fired three rounds. It’s all good though.

I ran into these guys last week. I was just making my way through town and must have entered one of their predetermined meet ups. They made verbal contact and made their movements known to avoid any unexpected shooting. We then also ended up working together to dispatch 4 or 5 zombies. Again, nice to be able to see another player without getting your face blown off.

Hey everyone. My name is William. I currently live in South Carolina, but I am originally from Alabama. Just making a brief stop here in SC for medical school. My preferred study breaks consist of gaming. I have logged around 150 hours on DayZ standalone.
My experience with DAYZ has been all solo. It is hard to spend a ton of time online and even harder to organize with others due to school schedule, but I am SICK AND TIRED of being KOSd every time I log in to a server. I found you guys out of luck when browsing servers and have enjoyed it so far. I have only met one person so far since being on the server (last night at NWAF), but i didn’t die…. so that was a plus! I was even able to help out a fellow survivor by sharing my resources… who would have thunk it?! You can actually work together in this game… I know amazing concept, right?
Anyway, I just wanted to introduce myself, and hopefully I will get to meet a few more people in the near future. Can anyone please tell me how to change my name to add the GOOD tag to it? Thanks for the help there.
