Where are all the bandits?

Last night Cherno and Elektro were dead on a full server. After we server hopped in Elektro, it was dead again in a different server.

I hope we don’t have to patrol the NWAF for some PvP action. The NWAF will turn many respectable people to killing on sight, not just bandits.
