We meet 2 friendlies in Chernogorsk and shortly afterwards come under fire from a lone bandit.
At the time, we did not see him due to the sun blocking our view. Also, we did not know that this bandit was the worst kind: KOS, Fresh Spawn Killer, and Combat Logger all in one. This bandit stinks of fear.
We never find him in the video, but we also don’t lose any squad members except 1 died to a bug. There are several fresh spawn bodies in the area we discover as well as a used gun in an upstairs room.
I guess we can count the mission as a success because he logged out with his tail tucked like the coward that he is. Bandits, take note when you see the HERO* and GOOD* tags, we are coming for you!
I just received written permission from Elizaveta to use her song entitled “Hero” in an upcoming promotional video. Look for it soon, I am sooo excited this song is fantastic!
It’s always sketchy when you meet another well geared survivor in DayZ, imagine 2 groups of well geared survivors meeting up.
This video shows how the HEROs managed a surprise encounter between two well geared groups without a single shot fired.
We got tired of hearing stories about bandits holding people up, doing cruel things to them, and tricking them.
So we decided to turn the tables, HERO style.
We were setting up for a Meet & Greet mission when some bandits decided to shoot one of our squad. They quickly rushed one of our Recons afterwards but didn’t realize who they were up against.
After all was said and done, the battle lasted over an hour and we had 7 confirmed bandit kills with many more unconfirmed. Our group was the one left standing, so hopefully they learned their lesson and don’t shoot at people in the future unless they are prepared for a spanking.

We were patrolling Elektro when we heard shots coming from this red house. Our Recon spotted a survivor inside so we decided to make contact.
We were right to think it was just an ambush…
